*** The Official E3 2015 Thread ***

Sad thing is some people will buy it, which is why they're trying to make it a thing, which is why I hope it fails miserably and goes away for good.

Wow what a show, last guardian, FFVII and shemnue! You would have been called crazy suggesting those 3 ever coming out never mind all announced within an hour.

Although personally I'm not heavily invested in any of them, I do appreciate their influence / value to the wider community.

Horizon was the game of the show for me (outside of fallout) simply due to the fact it looked amazing and it a new unannounced ip that we know very little about. Has the potential to be great but tempering expectation due to well guerrilla games. They do have people from the Witcher and fallout working on it so that is exciting. Can't wait to see more.

That does not make sense, at all. Certainly it be more like the boss writing out cheques for twice the amount and everybody getting drunk?

They distracted us with three big (great) games that are so far away they may as well be next years E3 reveals. In the mean time while we're all excited over those games they fly back to Japan leaving us with nothing but third party games, most of which I will buy on PC if available and my PS4 gathers dust.

So you call giving the fans what they have begged for for years a "distraction" and think they are comparable to worthless oranges

Whos flying back to Japan? And why does it matter?

Pretty odd

They are a distraction because two of the three don't even exist yet, there's nothing to be excited for on the PS4 at all this year if you own a pc in conjunction.

I just can't get excited over games that are so far away. We'll be here this time next year just hoping for a little footage of these games while my PS4 hasn't been turned on in a year. I just feel like it was a wasted purchase, except for one or two games I couldn't buy elsewhere, like The Last of Us Remastered and possibly Driveclub.

More moaning

We get it, you don't like remasters.

There was quite a bit of new IP, focus on that?

Well remakes and remasters are different things but if after those fantastic conferences all he can come up with is 'more remakes' then he obviously hasn't got a clue.

Yep, I agree with this.

Sure all these games look fine but majority of them have no release date. What games do I have to play on PS4 this year? I honestly can't think of any except Persona 5.

The had a similar reaction to TLG too (no tears or throwing furniture though :p) - watched most of that on twitch...

Loved when the were saying 'so whats gonna follow that' then Horizon showed up

ps3ud0
