The PS4 looks great under the Sony W8 TV.
The white power indicators on, looks awesome.
Compliment each other quite well. Only in black though
Really looking forward to the MS conference since I won't be up for the Sony one!.
Hopefully we at least get some surprises. Usually leaked these days prior to the event.

Bit late for that, as soon as pioneer wades in it always goes the same way.
I didn't realise he was known for that, he took my comment about a redesign and took way out of context. I have both consoles and a fairly large game collection for both, my comment was simply what I thought would be a good move by MS.
Anyway, I wont bother replying to him again and hopefully the thread can get back on course.

Your comment was stupid.
Lets suggest Sony redesign the PS4 because it has illogical USB port placement, an eye-sore slanted design and is far too noisy for a modern console.
You've got sucked into the peer pressure of online console discussion, where you believe the PS4 to be the optimal design when in fact it's compact design offers nothing in functionality terms. All it does is lead to more fan noise in operation and usb leads poking out the front of the thing. If you have a valid reason to state that the PS4 is a more appropriate design (and consequently that the Xbox requires a redesign over it) give reasons to support this beyond "it's big and supposedly like a VHS player".
Why on earth would Microsoft redesign the most functional hardware and software offering in the console market...? Duh.

Now this I'm looking forward to. I love the Ninja Theory games, Enslaved was brilliant (didn't get the recognition it deserved imo) and their DMC was probably my favourite DMC. I'm sure this will turn out to be amazing
All the "my console looks great" ........really ??? My ps4 is on a rack that has a xbox360 , hd-dvd player , arcam blu ray player , a headphone amp and a dac.... I pay no attention to what they look like . They do a job , end of. Hell I can't even see the ps4 as it blends in with my other equipment. I'll get a xbox-one when I can ... I like to try both . I favoured sony to start off

Heavenly Sword was excellent too. I'm even more of a fan of theirs after reading an interview a while back - it was about how they made the call to makes games for gamers and cater for the hardcore rather than pander to the masses with super accessible easy mode titles. This is enough reason its own to support them!
