Personally couldn't care what our W/D/L tally says so long as we're all enjoying playing the game, and that's the way it needs to be for this to not fall apart in a months time like the fifa12 team did.

EDIT: that's not to say i don't want to win, everyone loves winning, but not if it sacrifices enjoying the feel of the game.

I really think people are misunderstanding me (again). Any one who played with me today will see i set up our team to be hard to beat. We played really nice football and we got good results.

I gave people a basic set up to what we need to do to at least make us hard to beat its not a case of omg we need to win every game. The way fifa is you can play amazing and still lose. I just want the club to do well and i want people to actually care about the club and put a small effort in. At the end of the day its a team game and if people just turn up being like what the hell i don't care if we win or lose i just want to mess about the club wont last more then a few weeks imo.

If people do whatever the hell they want we going to end up losing a lot more then we win people will get annoyed and leave anyways. I think a club is about playing as a team win lose or draw. I rather lose playing as a team then win getting lucky and with no team work. I have been in clubs where we won a lot of the time but i didn't enjoy the football and or the way we won.

We beat a very top club today royal stars or whatever their name using the setup i suggested a few posts above. They was a top club on last years fifa i think they was top 10 or so in the world on pc, not only did they out number us but we beat them very easily with a lot of crappy pros. Thats only after a day of playing together.

All i suggested is a few basic things to make the team more organized and harder to beat, but trust me when u start losing game after game people are gonna get ****ed off and the finger pointing formation changing and arguments start.

Exactly man,not only did we win we played really nice football and dominated games which to me was very fun :) I wouldnt have minded if we lost any of the games cause i would have know we played well and played as a team.

Its like when i asked you and apocalypse to switch positions you seemed to want to get forward more and he seemed to like dropping deep a bit more so it made sense to switch you 2 at the time. That was me managing the team and doing what i thought best for the team at the time. Managers need to manage or its pointless having them i am not even supposed to be a manager but i have been made one and i want to set up the club to do well with or without me :O

Me and phil played together with the club today and i really enjoyed it and i think he did too which is saying a lot since we both moan at every little thing and the people we played with today didn't give us much to moan about, any one whos played with us will know that's saying a lot :P

Oh a quick edit after we beat them 3-0 that r4 club or royal starts whatever u wanna call them folded :P felt that was worth mentioning :P

I don't think Bios was saying it to be funny though, just think maybe he is also worried that the club might fold but in a different way to you.

Was chatting to some of the other members earlier on mumble and they all seem really sound :)

We had some great games on Saturday night, we lost a few, seems to feel the opposition get the better of blocks and rebounds, and we played some teams who's pros were very well rated with all the PRO gear running past out defence like an Olympic sprinter, but it was still fun.

Are we going to have set nights to play? Also it seems if you login to the clubs webpage we have a forum for club members as well.

maybe not the best thread to ask in, but does anyone know how to move the location of the fifa save files? i really want to remove it from mydoc's for a few reasons.

to everyone else, this is a mixture of a casual/serious club in a way in which i am not expecting everyone to be great at this game but so long as people play as a team, pass the ball decently and stay in position, im happy. :)

That's all very true, and i agree with you with all of it, but you didn't explain any of that in your last post, just that it you worried about how things would go with out two certain people playing, hence my worrying of the way you were thinking ;)

teams are getting harder and they seem to have good PROs
thought it might be an idea to get into as many drop matches as possible when not playing clubs to get your PROs ranking up a bit, it will really help ;)
 
We missed out on the league title by one point gutting :P we are div 4 now though ! Looking forward to when the cup window opens should make for some tense games.

Yes i just wanted to but a structure in place so we can get good results and play well no matter who is playing.

Yes and people can also earn them coin things from playing 1on1 and other game modes which can be used to boost your pro as well just press x from the main menu and goto the catalog for people who might not know.. We have been getting harder games played a few top clubs from the last fifa.

To all current assisted managers. please do not add anymore players to the club, only add xavi and phil if they have not joined yet as we have more then enough in the club now. from now on starting from wednesday, we are only going to recruit 1 or 2 new players per week. no more then that.

sorry for those wishing to join now but i want the current crop of squad members to gel first before introducing more to the club. cheers all.

I may not be on much atm but dont worry, im bossing things behind the scenes!
