Gonna throw £50 on the first day.

Should make a good few hundred k from that. Maybe even get Messi? Didn't get him once in the £500 or so I spent on 12.
 
Demo sucks. (i.e. I suck). Haven't managed to score more than 2 goals in any match. 'Normal' game speed still feels a bit too fast. 'Slow' feels a bit too slow. Skill moves feel less responsive, but maybe this is just more realistic, was fairly easy to nutmeg or chop past someone in 12.

Slide tackles feel better, I really like the short passing. Free kicks have confused me a bit, I tried going for R1/RB for a finesse shot but the power meter never even came up and ended up with a second player taking the shot?? Also they've added some stuff for a 3rd player over the ball which I need to get used to.

Also another nice touch I saw, I was trying to catch up with a through ball on the break and the defender was really holding on to me and pulled me back for a foul. I think you could do this in 12 but didn't look very effective and I don't think I ever saw the AI do it.
 
im gonna maybe have 8k worth of points at the start as i can get them reduced rate but not by much and then just make it last .

tbh i think with a seasons mode in this years ut people will likely keep a squad longer together as you like to stick with a team through a season.

my lad has been reading about changes in 13 and not sure if anyone can confirm but he says ea have cut right down on the finnesse shot.

no more just finnesse and goal from outside the box maybe only a 10-15 per cent chance of scoring from there and it only works best inside the box .
 
Looks like the FUT13 DB/images are available now - so FUTWIZ has been updated with the latest players & stats!

Hopefully a UT13 squad builder (of sorts) can be up within the next hour, though until theres UT13 web app access there isn't going to be full functionality :D

Dan7 - you wouldnt have any involvement in futwiz? Only started using it last week but the UI is nowhere near FUTHead which is a shame (well its consistency)

David Villa has 79 pace. :(

top 3 highest rated players in the BPL are UTD players. :cool:

Hugo Lloris stats look insane.. will be used so much in UT.

Adam Johnson has had pace and dribbling boosts, but shooting and defending nerfs - an OVR drop of 2 too...

Guess that'll do!

Just its consistency, for example it uses drag and drop for the squad builder, but drag and drop only works from the list to the formation but not within the formation (for me anyway). So if I wanted to move Messi from an ST role to CAM Id have to re-search him again, just seems 1 step forward and 2 steps back when FUTHead is technically less impressive but very consistent...

Also you cant change position once youve assigned it the first time. Usability is pretty poor, cant see me moving from FUThead when it gets FUT13 data...

Thanks for the feedback, that's on "the list" and something that we want to introduce very soon! Position changing again is something that'll be fixed shortly :)

The site is very much still in Beta, lots of features and development ahead - personally I found the Futhead squad builder frustrating (search not always working, players appearing in the wrong position) which was part of the reason we wanted to create something different...but maybe it's just me that had those issues :p
 
Sorry I dont mean to be harsh but when you end up making as many squads as we do its the little things that get annoying ;)

Initial squad build is fine, just zero ability to modify it currently without redoing it from scratch...

No don't get me wrong, the feedback is greatly appreciated, I've spoken to the developers just now and they've said that all the issues you've raised are high priority on the list and will be fixed ASAP :)

Futwiz is being slower than UTAJoker in a maths test!

Edit: Finally working, Nene & Lavezzi positions both set as "attack" Is that meaning you can move from side to side? or just not specified yet?
