*** The Official FIFA 13 Thread ***

So I went & made this tonight:

Plays pretty well so far, Hernandez feels a bit slower than his pace suggests, and maybe 2 H/L wingers isn't the best idea, once prices come down I might look into (T) Navas, or just go TOTS and change RB's.

Cazorla may go for TOTS Mata, just doesn't feel as agile as I like in a CAM (Love David Silva in my other team), but time will tell.

Got destroyed first game due to playing a team where Chiellini in the other team was the slowest on the team by far (To give you an idea, was a 352 with Wynne, Chiellini & Abate at CB!)

Won the next game, team plays really smooth, Martinez is the hub of the team and works so so well!

Now I've said this they'll lose every match from here on in! :D
 
Had my first game in a while today, dominating him all the first half and he goes in 3-1 up after only having 3 shots, 3 on target. Ultra attacking 2nd half and I win 5-4, also missed a last minute penalty against him then he hit the bar in stoppage time, felt it was a deserved victory but realised the same old bull **** never goes
 
What happens if I delete my club? Do I then start from scratch with a basic bronze pack and in Division 5 on UT?

I don't care about losing my players, will give them to my brother first. Just fancy starting from scratch.
 
Stewy, I'm pretty crap at fifa, but do you ever think you have a skewed view on how good you are, because pretty much every post says how you have lost to people who are apparently inferior?

They can't all be lucky?
 
Oh yeah, massively. I tend to post in the heat of the moment.

I do think Fifa 13 is terribad though, now I'm not unemployed and have a relatively finite amount of time to actually play games in the evenings, I really struggle to play any more than one game in a session.

edit: and the guy earlier was absolutely turd :p Anyone that 1-2 spams, even when the return ball is an absolutely impossible one due to where they are in relation to my defender, is a limited, poor player imo.
 
Played someone this morning who went 2-1 up on 70mins. He then decided to pass it round for the last 30 minutes, not to attack but just to keep the ball. Very infuriating, especially as it wasn't like I was dominating the match, but it takes all the enjoyment out of the game. I marked him as "avoid player" and "unsporting behavior" (yeah he may have needed the win for the league title, but I thought it was unsporting), but what does that actually do? Is it just so that I won't be matched against him again? I didn't do it to make a complaint against him, the same reason why I didn't send him a message (and never do) as it won't actually achieve anything.

Yeah, it just makes it much more unlikely you will ever play him again, though in my 600 matches I don't think I've ever played the same player twice anyway.

I've had people do that pass around tactic with only 30 minutes gone! I tend to just quit the game and leave them to it. I play Fifa to have fun, and chasing the ball for the whole match isn't fun. I'd rather just move on and play someone who actually wants to play properly.

I know it isn't likely that I'll meet him again but I wanted to make sure :).

Exactly. The only reason I didn't stop chasing the ball is because I know the game can often gift you a couple of goals in the last few minutes.
