Yep Lloris is bad, Begovic best BPL keeper I've used, IF De Gea probably 2nd, cheap alternatives who are awesome, Reina and Tim Howard surprisingly, Foster is also beast.

Cech is the best I have used.

Also Begovic doesn't have long throw trait, which a lot of people like/need/want in a keeper, therefore that is a big thing to consider.

If you use Luiz at CB, try out IF Guilherme

Sorry but not having long throw isn't a biggy for me, I'd rather have the best BPL keeper bar maybe TOTS Cech who I haven't tried than someone who can throw the ball far lol. As above you must have memory loss we've already discussed that keeper.

Wrong, and it shouldn't even need explaining why. We all know how many times the keeper will fumble it into an opponents path for an easy goal, better handing improves this a great deal.

Guilherme is in the top three goalkeepers for me behind Stekelenberg and close to Moraes
Probably played 200+ games with him
He is 6`6 monster

I have used the likes of Czech, Hart and Buffon and they just could not justify the price tag

handling doesn't mean anything tbh.

the most important things for a keeper are

height
positioning
diving
reflexes
speed

handling and kicking mean nothing tbh

It does mean something it's just you're not seeing the value of it.

Try TOTS Courtois (yes I know he has a diving weakness) compared with Guillherme. Some shots you're expecting to deal with a rebound but it sticks to him. Velcro hands :D.

You can't really judge goalkeepers over a few games in this, you have to use them over time to judge their worth.

For example, I bought Buffon when he was around 70k and the difference over Handanovic is definitely noticeable over a decent number of games.

i've used keeper's with better handling and again due to the overpowered shots in the game, it doesn't make a difference.

the only time i have seen handling make a difference is at corners when they pluck the ball out of the air, instead of punching basically.

height basically stops a lot of shots that would fly in with other keeper's, i mean they save those near post shots for a start as well as long shots into corners a lot of the time.

therefore 6'6 makes a huge difference, then add in his stats.

i personally would say kicking is the least important of all of them. then handling.

diving, reflexes, speed and positioning combined with a mountain = lots of saves other keepers no matter how good their handling is just wouldn't save.

doesn't matter if they get a rebound either, because of how fast he is, he saves them too.

seriously for anyone who hasn't tried him out, give him a go, his NIF was amazing for me and the IF has been solid as well so far. i defend very well and with 5 at the back the only shot people usually even get a sniff off are long shots, and for them Guilherme has been the best I have used so far.

I did try him out and honestly he wasn't great, he fumbles way more shots than TOTS Begovic does.

Pld a 2 games last night after 1 week break and it was business as usual. First was a semi final game against Welliton and Emenike up front and all he did was pace abuse but i managed to beat him 2-1.

In the final i come up against a 4-5-1 BPL squad and the guy was terrible. Beat him 8-0 in the end with Balotelli scoring 4, RVP 3 and Nasri 1. For some strange reason he sent me an abusive message because it was my fault that he was terrible at the game

I haven't played FUT for a while so I logged in sold off pretty much everything I had prices have really changed a lot since I last played so I didn't make as much as I would have liked :( Still want to give it another go.

So I have just over 700k. Could anyone here please spec me a team please :) My fav formations were 352 and 4321.

Edit: sold a few more "expensive" players now have just over 700k :)

Could be interesting? :)

Thanks for the idea tim :) I made that with a couple of changes :p Its pretty darn fun to play with. Campagnaro is insanely good defender especially paired with Chiellini :p I wish I had more coins would love to get TOTS Vidal instead of Inler.

I also came up against someone with TOTS Navas holy hell that guy is fast lol

anyone tried 433 with 3 mids that have H/H work rates!

some guys on EA forums think it make a big difference, less likely to get hit on the counter etc

If its the same thread I read I have copied his serie a team. Only problem when you lose the ball high up, but then you have to jockey with one of your centre backs till the high defensive workrate of the 3CMs kick in and win the ball from behind.

I have:

Frey
If Konko chiellini ogbonna if lulic
Vidal Nocerino Boateng
Palacio balotelli robinho

Might swap balo for someone like di Natale.

I am enjoying it totally kills the 352 ultra def sweaty teams.

And it's not all about h/h workrates for the 3 CMs. You need good all round CMs think toure, diaby, ramires, inler, de Rossi, cabaye, paulinho etc.
