okay ill post 1 boring long method of making easy coins.

have 2 users on your ps3.

make an ultimate team account on the 2nd user.

discard everything (you should have 400 coins) and buy something really cheap on your first account for 400.

close 2nd account.

reopen another account on 2nd user and repeat.

if you do this you can make 400 coins every 2 minutes so long as you have your auctions already set up on your first account.

set up 20 auctions - then change users.

Sounds a bit long winded and I'm impatient at times so I doubt I would use that method although it's interesting. :)

I just discarded the majority of my starter pack and a few shiny golds that I had lying around and after spending the past hour and a half rebuilding on a budget I seem to have a much better team than I had before. 100 Chem although all French. :p

what formation is lennon and carrick? and what lennon is it? aaron?

if either is 4-1-2-1-2 how many coins would you be after or i could swap you peter crouch for either so long as they fit the formation.

I've just managed to buy Sneijder for 8,000, Van Der Vaart for 900 odd and Huntelaar for 500 or so. :) Pretty pleased with that, I wish Robben wasn't so damn expensive though.

im currently building an english team.

reason: cheap and not very rare so easy to get a hold of.

the only guys who are expensive are, lampard, gerrard, rooney, a.cole and a.young in their normal variations.

in their super variations they are 300,000 for the likes of rooney, gerrard and lampard.

i think my whole team is worth over 100,000 coins though

GK's ; Green, James, Hart (not special)

CB's; Ferdinand, Terry, Lescott, Carragher, Onouha (not special), King and a few others.

LB; Baines, Bridge and Warnock (i badly need ashley cole)

RB; Richards, Johnson

CDM; Barry, Hargreaves and some other guy who is crap (i badly need carrick)

LM or LW; Johnson (not special), Downing (badly need ashley young, cannot afford the special version of him which i think is 86 so im trying to get the 82 version)

RM or RW; Beckham (very rare), J.Cole, Milner, Philips (i think i might have another one too but i am missing one as well. only one i can think of is lennon but cant remember if he is the the one i have or need. anyway i have 5 people who can play this position out of 6, 5 provides more than enough cover)

CAM; Dyer (i think he's special), Huddlestone (i think hes special too)

ST; Crouch, Owen, Defoe, Bent, Sturridge, Delfonsoue (have lots of backup players like zamora, etc. i really need abonglahor and rooney, both of which are expensive but rooney is 7 times as much for normal version and 21 times as much for special)

Everyone in my team is formation 4-1-2-1-2 apart from Green and Crouch, once i get sufficient cover or use their contracts up i will get rid of them and try and get the 4-1-2-1-2 versions.


oh and i have never bought any packs using money, i get all my coins using tricks.

right okay im going to give my trick away.

as everyone knows you can discard a player.

gold rated players can be discarded for a minimum of 300 coins.

what you need to do is buy gold players at 250 coins and discard them.

gold players rated at 75 and 76 (buy for 250, discard for 300)

gold players rated 77, 78, 79 and 80 (buy for 300, discard for 316 to 325 coins)

now you can do this for all golds.

a shiny gold will be worth a minimum of 600 coins i think it is.

what you do is write down on a sheet of paper how much you can get for a shiny player which is rated at 77.

lets say a shiny rated 77 is worth 650 coins when you discard it, then bid 600 coins for every shiny 77 you can find, then discard them when you win them.

you can make a maximum of 50 coins on each card. say you find 10 cards on every search your makin 500 coins very easily.
 
update too my team

i just got the special version of johnson for 12,750 coins (usually goes for double this)

this now means that i cant use the normal version of johnson in my team. I had to get rid of a few players to get him though, because my funds were all being used to buy and discard other players.

Team Now

GK: Green, James, Robinson (need to swap Green for 4-1-2-1-2 version and will do so once his contracts run up)

LB: Baines and Warnock (Badly need ashley cole but he sells for over 15,000 coins)

CB: Terry, Ferdinand, Carragher, Lescott, Onuha, King (need to swap onuha for special version)

RB: Richards and Johnson

CDM: Barry and Hargreaves (badly need carrick)

LM/LW: Johnson (special) and Downing (need ashley young 82 version sells for 25,000+ and special version sells for over 100,000, have normal johnson for trade and will likely sell him today)

RM/RW: Bentley, Beckham (very rare), J Cole, Milner, Philips (need lennon and walcott, lennon should be easy to get i had him before, walcott is expensive though 20,000+ coins)

CAM: Dyer and Huddlestone (both are shiny i dont know if they are rare or special versions, will need to check, i badly need gerrard and lampard for this position but normal versions are around 50,000 and special versions well over 200,000)

ST: Bent, Defoe, Crouch, Owen (i did have a few others but i sold some and i dont know which ones i kept but i do have at least 5 players for this position, i need to sell crouch, he isnt the right formation and will do so once his contracts run up, the strikers im hopin to have for this position are Bent, Defoe, Abongalahor, Rooney and another as backup maybe owen so i badly need abonglahor who is around 15,000 and rooney is over 100,00 for normal version and over 300,000 for special version)

I doubt i will ever get lampard, gerrard or rooney who would obviously make my team a lot stronger

Another tip for you guys:

Make sure you have lots of staff the more staff you have the more benefits you gain.

If you have lots of managers this improves contracts and team talks. For example when i apply a contract card worth 30 contracts, my player actually gets 36 contracts. When i apply a team talk worth 30 morale all my players actually get 40 morale.

Same goes for physio's, head coaches, gc coaches, whenever you use a card the more staff you have the better affect the card has. I suggest getting all the shiny gold managers in your staff to get increased contracts, this will save you a lot of coins.
