Woot, as the yoof might say, I just had 2 portals approved, and one is basically my back garden :) Needless to say it's already been captured.

If should have on in the next few days that I hope I can reach from my house. It's my local anyway so it's not big deal if i can't reach it from my house.

Put a few multi hacks on it and your laughing. I'm only level 5 but there is a player that helps me out and upgrades my portals. There is only me in my town that plays it
 
I'm only a lowly level 3 and play as and when. The clever, or maybe I should say daft thing about this game is there will never be a winning side so there's no real urgency to level up.

Each higher level is more fun than the previous, lvl7 now and I was able to cause carnage/pwnage on my way home from work on Friday.
 
L4 now. Three more portals approved so far and I bagged them all ;)

Blue doing well here, green almost wiped out and lots of L8s about.
 
Almost Lv5! Its slow work, but I've finally taken down most of the portals around my workplace, mostly through decay and then just stepping in at the last minute to burster them down. Only problem is, now all the portals I can easily reach are green, which means no easy AP from hacking. Never thought I would want more smurfs around!
 
I went on a mazy run around my town yesterday and am now only a smidge away from L5, which I hope to get later today with any luck.

The smurfs that I have a constant battle with have made it

DrCrippen from Prestwich and virtek from oldham and yzz, not to sure where he's from but I see his name pop up now and then

I have a lot of banter with DrCrippen and soon as it was made in was the first person he messaged. Not happy but I can't beat that

I just got this. I joined green but most of Manchester seems to be blue! Do I just keep hacking enemy portals? Most I've come across have loads of things protecting them. I keep damaging them but I've not been able to convert a portal to green yet.

I was wondering why your name was familiar and then I realised who you were :o. My in game name is KiraYahiroz, and yeah, I finished university so I'm not based around Brighton any more... sorry :(.

This glyph minigame is hard, either I'm really bad at this or I don't understand how it actually works :D.

Seems to double my gear though. However, sequences do repeat so it makes things slightly easier.
