just completed it on infamous - multiple saves before the ray sphere f t w 
All the shards are accessible at the end of the game. If you go around the edge of one of the islands, there is a set of pillars you have to jump that lead to a shard that is out at sea. The pillars are like a broken pier etc. That was my final one after combing every single bit of land so it is possible that might be one of your missed ones.

Just 3 more stunts left to get, the 1 listed in the pause menu is 5 melee kills within 30 seconds, damm hard as im on the last island and they tend to kill me when i go melee, took about 30 mins to get the previous 1 which was land a sticky nade onto an airborne enemy.
I have 5 stunts left to do. I have not done a single side mission this time and I am on the final Island. Sadly I done all the evil missions without thinking. One of them had a bit where you fight like 20 dustmen on a rooftop, I suspect that may be the best place to do all these stunts that require multiple kills.
My next one to do is push 3 enemies off a rooftop with a Shockwave. Just can't find a rooftop with more than 3 bad guys on, when I find one with 3 they are not standing close enough to hit with one shot
I am hoping to Platinum this today, I just have the last story mission to do as Evil and also the stunts.

The only stunt i had trouble with was the right back at ya (using their own grenade to kill them), but that was before i found out about the dustmen with grenade launchers, managed to get it first try against one of those.
The shockwave one i got by accident when doing a mission, the one where you have to shoot down the UAVs. Up the top of the building where you need to interact with the uplink there's three baddies, the rooftop is also relatively small. I climbed up there and instinctively shockwaved them as i was going for the 100 high falls trophy and it hit all three.

I think I done the right back at ya one. The problem is I did not focus on the Stunts so I am not sure which 17 I have done. The way they are listed is rubbish and there is no way to see what you have done already. Now the only way for me to figure out which 4 is left is to do them in the order the menu shows

I got mine by the prison on the second island, there's that spot where the crab/spider things appear regardless of whether you have cleared the area, got two lots of them together and went on a kicking spree...
edit: yeah the sticky on the airborne enemy was a real pain.

I focused on getting the three off the roof precisely because of this. Missed tons of opportunities to do it then eventually repeated the end part of the spy drones mission where you are guaranteed three on the top of the roof with the satellite uplink till I managed to herd them close enough together. Wouldn't try this on hard though as there's a fourth with a minigun. There is another opportunity on the tower climb as you have the shield by then and can herd them without being hurt.
If it helps the last one requires lightning storm so you don't have to worry about that.
What island is that mission on? I have only done the story missions and the "evil" missions (all 15). I have every single regular mission available, but I am playing on Hard mode, as in the previous game I swapped options by accident so missed the trophy. I am gonna find a list of stunts as I am sure I can remember the names of some that flashed on screen to see which I have done already.
Edit: I could just finish the story mission (on the last one) and then switch the difficulty to Easy to do the stunts?

Oh dear, those are both story missions on the second island I mentioned.
Now I think of it, if you go across the bridge from the first island to the second and follow the power lines down the street they end in a building with three power lines coming out of it, if you take the right hand side line as you face the building from the bridge it goes over a telegraph pole to another building then there is another line on that building in pretty much the same direction, the building at the end of that line tends to have three dustmen / three spiders on top of it if you haven't cleared out the area. (this is from me doing the grind four lines in succession without touching the ground one).
Or you could follow the tram lines east from the bottom of the first island and without fail three reapers will spawn on the tracks (and then pray they count)
I'm sure there must be other spots but those two sprang to mind.
edit: also the tall cylindrical building on the first island, seen three reapers spawn up there.

Just got all 21 stunts, for the 4 wire grind i used the 1s from the history district to dustman district, last was failry simple just had to send an enemy airborne against a building and hit him with the lightning storm.
