I already have 2 and 3 ready and waiting, think I will jump onto something else first though, a lot of the games I have sat waiting to play through are considered classics, such as Bioshock, Dead Space, Alan Wake and Heavy Rain.

Recently played through Uncharted 1-3 myself. Played them back to back. All absolutely wonderful games. Just played Heavy Rain for the first time, too. Such a great experience. Different to anything else I've ever seen. Can't wait for the next thing from Quantic Dream - Beyond: Two Souls. Comes out in October from what I've read.

Good idea would be nice to space them out! They havent aged a bit and are still a blast to play! I need to run though uncharted 2 on crushing for the final trophy :O
Crysis 3. A bit meh in all honesty. I liked the second 1 but this game isn't as good. You're supposed to have the option of playing it stealthy or going in all guns blazing but I found stealth was the only option. As soon as you become uncloaked then every enemy within a 3 mile radius would attack you and you'd die very quickly.

Far Cry 3
As a massive fan of the original I was disappointed in this. It was VERY similar to number 2 which everyone panned. Too much filler when I would have preferred they concentrated on the story I'd give it 7/10.
Silent Hill: Downpour
I really enjoyed this return to Silent Hill (first time since SH3). It started off a little rough around the edges but by the time the Town opened up I was loving it. A few too many "Crazy" endings though on reflection 8/10.

I played 1 & 2 and thought they were superb. Got rid of my PS3 before 3 came out. Quite tempted to borrow my bro's PS3 just to play it!
I'd definitely recommend 3. It's more of the same but when the formats this good I don't see any problem with continuing with it. Some of the set pieces (like the plane) are jaw-dropping. I think 2 overall is the best but they are all of a high standard.
Borderlands 2 - 6/10
May seem a poor score, however very few games I'd feel deserve above that, while the vast majority would be 4 or less as far as I'm concerned.
If you've played the first one, it's prettymuch the same but with expected improvements (the addition of a minimap, for example) but, as with Borderlands it does get quite a bit repetitive. It's fun playing with friends though, I think that's really where Gearbox were going with this, it seems they wanted to make an MMO, without actually making an MMO. I bought it at £20, wouldn't recommend anything higher than that.
I got the 'season pass' for DLC at just over £10 (was on sale on PS store, seems good enough price) which I've yet to try but have read at least some of the DLC was outsourced and lacked in quality because of it, this of course isn't part of my review, but a warning to anyone thinking of getting the DLC-try and get it as cheap as possible.

on a technical standpoint .. just cause 2 ps3 .. but doing the main game is very short
before that .....Deus ex human revolution ..great game and the first game in years i'd actually completed... with almost all the mods .. missed the one near the end as i didnt have the right gear to enter the room.

I found I got bored of BL2 much quicker than the first. I'm not sure if it was purely because it was more of the same or if it was that the missions seemed to get more repetitive sooner I just wasn't as drawn in to it as I was the first. I think the story/characters etc was better in this game but the game was more on a plateau. I still really enjoyed it when I did play it but unlike the first I was happier to take breaks between sessions of it.

Batman Archam City 8/10 PS3 great game play, and excellent story.
Alien Coloniel Marine 4/10 360 the only reason it got four was because of its "Aliens" refrences Im going to stop there *sigh*
Sleeping Dogs 9/10 PS3 I was really surprised by this game as I expected it to be too much lIke GTA, but the fighting Mechanic was really well done, very Batman styley and you really felt like Bruce Lee.
The cars were great and the story was really well done with some good voice acting.

)Assassins Creed: Brotherhood. Probably 8/10. Decent game, was fun to train and use Assassins to help you through the usual Assassins gameplay. My main annoyance was the fact that guards wearing heavy armour could not only outpace Ezio but also Ezio on a horse?! Silly.

1000% agree with this brilliant game, a friend at work told me about it, but i wasnt sure then it was on PS+ played it and loved it - really hope they bring a new one out, brilliant game.
other games ive recently finished
Sleeping Dogs - had loads of fun, really enjoyed this game. If you like GTA/SR style do what you want games you wil like this.
Tomb Raider Underworld (lol) - i enjoyed the story of the game etc but the control system etc is a mega flaw in this game, my god it isnt a hard game but its just stupid camera angles and its control system that spoilt it.
