Indeed. Echoing what @AnastieByte said above. I've seen the questions that my trust uses... basically year 9 maths and English. What's more shocking is that I'm told by my nursing colleagues that not all applicants pass these! :OI was told there would be a literacy, numeracy and Excel test during the interview. Anyone have experience on this or give me any tips as to what will actually be involved/what I need to know?
