Good luck with any warranty claims, it won't be long until we see the Note 4 drop in price anyway, and if something goes wrong you'll have to duke it out with the seller and pay for return postage to Germany, won't be cheap at all, at least with the rainforest they'll sort you out and pay postage too :)

Instructions
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
 
flashed the german version and its running great. As someone else pointed out they tend to get updates quicker than we do here so you mazewell just flash that version and you will get quicker updates in the future too.
 
yeah its definatly faster from what I can see. It feels nicer to use too.
I decided to do a factory reset and full wipe aswell just to make sure there was nothing conflicting.
