**** The Official Note 4 thread ****

Thanks Cosimo. I definitely don't have that charger, mine is the usual black Samsung affair. The box the Note 4 came in was factory sealed, but was an EU model so perhaps it's the UK models that had them included.

Black is unusual. Samsung phones normally come with a white charger + white cable.

Just like the camera, among other things, should put you off Nexus devices :p

I find the n5 camera to be pretty damn good overall, you just need to use HDR+ mode all the time, the best way to describe the N5 camera is "a good all rounder". Although since the lollipop update, HDR+ seems to take a bit longer to process the image so it isn't as good at capturing moving objects, hopefully 5.1 will sort this...

The main weakness is that it lacks some sharpness/detail, google do too much noise reduction where as Samsung over sharpen too much, could probably fix it in lightroom but cba with the faff :p

The one thing has always put me of mobile cameras before the likes of the htc one m7/m8, n5, N4 etc. where the indoor shots, always came out a blurry noisy mess.

Just received mine from the forest.

EU charger is an fast charge version. Normal UK Samsung charger supplied as well.

You still have to use kies to update?

Urgh :(

Remember trying to update friend's older galaxy devices and even though there was an update out, it always said no.....

Mine came with a normal charger, was by a Vodafone shop today so popped in and mentioned it, they gave me a fastcharger from the storeroom :)

I have lollipop running on my note 4, but don't seem to able to stop the device vibrating when charged. I've set it to priority interuptions only as I still need the alarm to work. Turned the volume right down and set flight mode, but still get the vibrate while i'm sleeping. I know true silent mode is on its way in 5.1 but has anyone else had this issue, and is there any way around it?

Thanks

This issue is really bugging me as well to the point I want to go back from Lollipop. It's the same thing on my GF's Note 3 as well. I don't get vibrations for messages, etc but I do for calls. However she gets vibrations for everything (lol that sounds wrong) even when set to not vibrate.

Getting woken up at 4AM because someone has tagged her an Insta photo is incredibly annoying

Sleep time = flight mode!
