So what cases and screen protectors are everyone getting, I can't seem to find any decent quality makes which is strange as its Samsung's flagship phone?

For the time being I'll use an S View cover case.

Waiting for info on the Official LED cases. They'll be expensive, but one of the many reasons I wanted the Note 4 was because of these.

CPW have now said week commencing 27th and price gone up to £649.95.

Just looked on the Samsung eStore and it's now showing as sold out so it may well be the first batch that is now gone.
