I ordered mine from giff gaff and got it next day for 600 pounds, now awaiting on on my samsung official windowed case, got it samsung uk website they had stock.

Case is http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/...sories/galaxy-note-accessories/EF-CN910FKEGWW

love the phone.
 No word from Argos yet, gave their CS a ring this morning only to find that whilst I have an order number - it hasn't been picked up yet by their warehouse and won't be for a few days as they have a backlog of misc orders. Argos's website is so antiquated that no online order details can be accessed let alone cancelled. So I cancelled via phone and ordered with GiffGaff as I have two phone numbers with them anyway.

Ps on giff gaff, starting from 12 November there introduction 4G so I am going to switch over to them for a month, luckily my goody bag runs out on 11:59pm on the 11th ☺

So I must have been in 15 phone shops in last 2 days. no one has any apart from 1 I found that wouldn't let it go sim free.

Few have told me they've hardly had any in and think it's Samsung trying to create hype. This makes no sense to me though, surely they want to get as many sold as possible before the nexus arrives.

New quilted type flip cover turned up eventually, I have to say Its fit is absolutely perfect (as you'd expect seeing as they are from Samsung too!) Not panicking just as much now about getting scratched.

Very nice cover ☺
I am still awaiting on my cover ordered from Samsung UK delivery firm dhl has it on hold at Newcastle atm originated from Netherlands !

Would still appreciate if any of you Note 4 peeps could do this for me....

Could anyone else Also tell me what there idle cpu temp is when on the phone desktop and what it goes up to in games.
This is CPU temp not battery temp..
You can use CpuTemp with the on screen display to check.

If im correct it should be around 35 degres when idle and around 56 or so in a decent game with the default DVFS enabled.

thanks.

Yeah my idle is the same temp.
with the default dvfs enabled it doesn't go over 56 degrees in games because it throttles. But if I disable the DVFS and keep it at the max 2647 cpu speed in something like the unreal benchmark demo the temp goes all the way up to 74 degrees. in GTA vice city it goes up to around 70 degrees and in riptide it goes up to about 58 degrees. Im just working out if those are normal when its running at the max cpu speed constantly in those games.

looked for the unreal benchmark on play cant see it, you have a link to it !

PS found it its called Epic Citadel

Ugh, second handset, still getting abysmal battery life.

So far today it's 11 hours 39 off charge, 1 hour 8 minutes screen on time, with 37% battery left!

Battery usage is:

Android System - 29%
Android OS - 16%
Screen - 11%
Google Services - 9%
Exchange Services - 6%

Exactly the same as the first one. I guess poor signal and university wi-fi really do massacre the battery! :(

I even got a new battery but didn't resolve the problem, I never tried a factory reset that might do the trick.

I would get it replaced you maybe 3rd time lucky.

Can you let me know what temp is goes up to.
Since you will have DVFS enabled I would imagine it wont go much higher than 55-60. and What fps you get from the benchmark too.
