I wouldn't be too worried about it - according to samfirmware its a 5.0 release so you're probably better staying with KitKat

I'd skip 5.0.2 and wait for 5.1.1.

you may know this already but people have said its a far better ride if you clear cache and factory reset after installing LP. might be ok without it but if things take a nose dive thats probably the way forward.

Looks hell of a different though. Think I prefered the dark look of old.

My handset is an unlocked O2 one and had the update for some time but can't say phone felt much different. It is becoming a little laggier than I'd like though although it always did somehow felt slower than the HTC M7 it replaced.

Well I have to say seems smooth but really don't like a lot of the changes.

Especially the notificications on the lock screen rather than in the status bar and the network name not being shown in the status bar drop down.

Well a bit of a bump on this, i had 5.0 on this for 6 months and never got used to it or liked it, felt like a step backwards on many fronts.

Going back to 4.4.2

And when i get the Note 4 i'll be staying with KitKat too. Seems like the golden age of Android phone is over, how sad it ended like this..
