I'm In.. a fantasy football veteran but only my 2nd season with this particular game.

Anyone know if Stephen Ireland is likely to get a game at Villa this season?

So many tough decisions..but thats why we like it..
 
Anyone know if Joe Allen is likely to play much, he's dirt cheap but no point having him unless he gets game time.

Hazard.....Yaya Youre.......Kagawa.......Cabaye

Tevez.......Torres
 
I will unleash my team later. Unfortunately it will be a much changed line-up from last year as most of my players got relegated.

First attempt, I didn't have any Man Utd or Man City players in!

Got 6m for a CB. Can't decide between Skrtel, Ferdinand or P.Jones.

That must be almost £30m just on defenders. Perhaps cut back to 1 or 2 star defenders coupled with a couple of cheap but good defenders (Hangeland, Ferdinand, Shawcross, Simpson or one of the cheaper City defenders like Clichy)?

This. Plenty of good quality defenders on the cheap. Also, is Given going to keep many clean sheets at Villa?

I think the answer is yes as Lambert has been bigging him up in interviews and he has been playing in preseason. No guarentee though, Pardew did the same with Vuckevic last summer and then never played him. I was very tempted by him too but (at the time of writing) he hasn't quite made the cut.
