Pro-tip.
Never order anything from anywhere who uses Yodel. Firstly it shows the retailers have a complete disregard to their customers, secondly be prepared for a day of hell because if Yodel drivers are too busy they just pretend you aren't in but don't go to your house so you don't get a card to rebook a delivery on-line and the only way to have any chance of rebooking is to sit on hold for an hour to their crap customer service line only to be told that they can't get hold of the driver and to ring back tomorrow to rebook delivery for the following day which you might or might not get on said day depending on if the driver is busy again.
If driver is too busy again, repeat the above.
Fun.....

Why did zavvi have to use yodel
I was asking the same, they used DPD for my Wii U on launch. I'm not that fussed now as my main order is coming from Adsa which is DPD, delivery between 10am and 11am. I will send my Zavvi one back or give it to my younger bro and birthday/Christmas present.

just tried to call yodel to make sure its being delivered today, horrible automated system, had to speak out my tracking number, which it got wrong 4 times, and then instead of transferring me to a agent it just said they are having trouble getting the number off me, good bye! lol
