Would love someone like SEGA to sneak back into the console market with an unannounced powerhouse, sadly likely to never happen but it'd be a nice shake up to the market.We need Nintendo to come in with some 10TF+ home console now and spice things up. One can but dream

And it's not just about that this time around - what about the Quick Resume feature? It is hardly quick resume when you do have to keep ejecting and inserting discs.
Who? I haven't met anyone to go completely digital. Wasn't the Xbox digital a flop? They were practically giving it away free with mobiles at one point

Ok.. that was a weird announcement.
GTA5 enchancement update was the first thing announced?! My PS4 Pro has sat there for years wasted on this game, zero PS4 Pro enchancements or updates, too busy interested in the cash cow that it is. At the very least, I would hope that the PS5 will result in less time looking at the loading screen in MP and more time playing.
As for the rest of the accoumcement. The triple A games are way too thin on the ground, far too many indie games. What have the game studios been doing?
I like how the console looks, just hope it has decent airflow and thermals.
I will get one regardless... but it was a very weak first announcement IMO.

Xbox One ADE + PC.
Sold my PS4 and games a couple of months ago, and then got rid of all of my CDs and most of my DVDs/Blu-Rays last week. It's just unnecessary clutter.
