*****^the official present opening thread^*****

Money from my mum and gran to keep me alive, much needed. Then from my girlfriend, a scarf (as I've been here long enough to find 23C really cold), a Zippo (as I told her ages ago I had my last one confiscated at customs), and the pendant she's worn ever since I've known her. She knew I wanted a new one so gave me hers. Aww.

Just nearly threw up reading this.

Only one present so far, but probably means more than any other present I've got, ever. Nan gave me a family heirloom - JW Benson pocket watch. Might get it restored (still works though). Worth between £300-500 I think. Would be good to know the age although I think around 90 years old or so.

A pair of running shorts and err that was it. Me and the Mrs didn't bother this year lol. Not a massive Xmas fan truth be told.

Admittedly not the most glamorous of hauls this year! Some shorts, some non-spill whisky glasses, a calendar... but importantly.

Settlers of Catan - Cities and ****ing Knights

Yeh! \o/

I've not done presents today yet! Opened some last night, which were shoes and a chocolate Santa, which I have to save for the next 5 weeks!

Shoes are pretty though.
