Another issue to report with mine. I have noticed my charging cables have been a little hit and miss (works one way round but not the other). I suspected the port itself but not with 100% certainty. One of the cables in question is in use on my work computer, it charges but Windows is giving me an unrecognised USB device/malfunctioned so something is up. Last weekend, three different cables didn't charge the phone with two different plugs. I thought the port was completely broken so reached out to Samsung on live chat but then another cable at work decided to work on one computer but not 2 others or another plug. These cables are from Amazon, they're not official cables but still decent enough 3rd party braided cables which have all worked with no problem for a year or so.

Going to order another wall plug and official cable but I still think it's the port - it's just not completely broken.

Try a cotton wool bud and a gently clean of the charging port and also the cable connector

Only a personal take on this, but back everything up before you update. I tried the official beta a couple of months ago, and it was really a step down for the Note 9, with various things not working (granted its a beta) and glitchy. I did a fresh wipe soon after and went back to the Android 9.
I had a quick look in the Note 10 discussion and it seems a few apps (good lock) aren't working yet either.

Also if you use the default weather app you cant flick thru locations anymore on the home screen

Chrome still running like a dog on my Note 9 - the phone itself, at times, also completely brain farts and performance collapses.

I think a hard reset is needed but have held off as it's a bother to get my work email back on there. I am considering paying Samsung to fix my charging port and replace the battery - coupled with a hard reset I think it would be a completely different phone experience. Plus it would help with selling/or just make an awesome backup phone.

Has anyone used Samsung repair before? The website seems to suggest they can come to you as the repair location is letting me pick home after it asked for a postcode.

Used it twice they will repair in a van outside your home .Very quick and efficient and you keep warranty

Yeah mine is a day one release phone & also has been spot on from day one.

Looking into it further, it's possible that it is a fault with the recent firmware update (OTA).
Seems a couple of people have had an issue with the fingerprint software being corrupt after updating.

May look at flashing the phone with a download of the latest Rom to see it it fixes it. I'm assuming as long as I use the stock Rom it won't cause any Knox issues?

No knox issues if you use an official rom

Bumpety bump - how are the rest of you Note9 owners? Stuck with it or jumped ship yet?

Delayed my upgrade (was planning one getting a OP8 Pro), no massive rush + still waiting for the perfect phone (OP speed, Samsung polish, massive battery, Pixel camera).

Note 9 given to son now smashed Note10+ given to son !!!! > Note20Ultra

Anyone managed to replace the S-Pen on this without getting ripped off or getting a knock off one?

Few on eBay but really not sure how much I trust them, most just have stock pics.

I broke my s-pen week before trading in for the note 10 .Took me 3 different orders from Amazon and 1 from ebay to get a legit spen 2 had none removable tips and ebay 1 was crap . Mine was the yellow pen with blue clicker
