Ok I couldn't see a thread for this, so starting a new one. Looks like leaks are now appearing with some level of authenticity, and that potentially the note 20 could indeed be the last iteration of the note series, with the spen being made available with the s21 series.

Here is the latest news https://www.xda-developers.com/sams...lastic-base-model-10x-optical-zoom-ultra/amp/

And a little about the new exynos 2100 vs snapdragin 875 - maybe next year we will see at least some parity between the two

Really hoping this is the phone I choose to go for from my note 8

I'm in the same boat, I'll be holding fire until the real world tests for both battery life and performance are understood. I've been tempted to import the note 20 ultra for a SD variant, but warranty and the principal of it have stopped me.

Seem to be a few benchmarks and battery tests placing the exynos 2100 ahead in battery life compared to the sd. I have also seen a couple of recent rumours that the s21 may have no micro sd support, which I hope isn't true. Especially as they'll no longer have a charger in the box either

I'm not sure what to make of it just yet, especially knowing there is another note (possibly the last) coming later this year. I may bite if the camera, battery life and performance for the exynos all look great

So I get friends and family discount with EE, but only 20% and I'm not sure these prices are that great!

S21 Ultra 512GB
10GB Data = £50 Upfront + (68 x 24) = 1682
100GB Data = £30 Upfront + (69.60 x 24) = 1700.40
Unlimited Data = £30 Upfront + (73.60 x 24) = 1796.40

S21 Ultra 256GB
10GB Data = £50 Upfront + (61.60 x 24) = 1528
40GB Data = £50 Upfront + (63.20 x 24) = 1566.8
100GB Data = £30 Upfront + (64.80 x 24) = 1585
Unlimited Data = £30 Upfront + (68.80 x 24) = 1681.00

Hi all, I can get the following package from EE as part of Friends and Family discount.

512GB S21 Ultra - 100 GB Data and Unlimited Mins/Txts £60.90 per month (24 months) + £30 upfront = £1491.60

This seems like pretty good value as they have raised the discount from 20% to 30%. I haven't had a contract phone for years, but this seems like a pretty good deal as my current 100GB contract is £15 per month, but will increase shortly. What do people think? Better deals elsewhere?

That's really good. I get 20% off through myperks. What's the 30% through?
It's through the friends and family scheme. I costed it up at 20% discount and their plans are just too expensive. The above at 30% also includes the gaming unleashed bundle from EE which is a 12 month game pass and a Razer Kishi controller plus the Samsung Buds live, which I could probably cash in to some degree. I'm very tempted, with all the reviews so far being positive and the Note 21 seems to be an FE or something so probably the best handset from them this year.
