Yeah, the adapter lists Germany as one of the supported plugs, the Samsung charger is similar to my German Nexus charger, if it was French then you'd need a slightly different model, but you'll be fine

Been really good. Google Chrome has been a life saver or I'd never have managed to place an order.

I dont think it vibrates when it starts and stops charging... At least, if it does its not enough to wake me up

On auto brightness i'd say 90% of the time. The rest of the 10% is me taking it off auto, and manually adjusting it.

It's been opened but thats it, for a standard S6 not edge.
