I didn't get pictures but did Roast lamb shoulder with red wine rosemary garlic onion thyme, and a gammon joint roasted till it had crackling. Both came out beautiful, and the lamb gravy I made was brilliant. Served it with the usual veg, home made yorkshire puddings and duck fat roast potatoes which were absolutely to die for!
 
No pictures, but my beef was the best I've ever had. Was a 4 bone rib in beef. S+P and mustard powder, brown each side then put it in the oven at 75c at 9.30. It came out at 16.00. It was beautiful.

Trying to decide whether it's worth cooking low and slow for 4 hrs ish or just your traditional roast. Thoughts?
