It's looking good, been following this all afternoon, excited!!!! 
Not the start of WW3 but a peaceful launch from a silo on the Dombarovsky Air Base in Russia:
The Dnepr rocket is a converted R-36M missile also known as an SS-18 carried a total of 32 satellites.
The rocket is ejected from the silo using a black powder mortar system. The rocket engines ignite once the rocket is out of the silo.
