Doubt it. The reason why he's still a Palace player now is because nobody was willing to pay what it would have took to sign him. He's clearly a talented player but he seems to be a player that thrives on being the main man at Palace and for all his talent his numbers in terms of goals and assists isn't much to write home about.

Given the fees being paid in the last year or so, Palace won't willingly sell him for sub £50m and of all the sides that could afford to pay that, who would want him? I can't see Liverpool, City or Utd (certainly not under Jose) paying it. The only possibility is Chelsea, if Hazard was to leave in the next year - they're not against making mad British signings in the last year or so.
 
The general reaction from fans of other teams has been hilarious to me.

From my point of view, I'm obviously massively happy and relieved that he's signed a new contract. I'm sure he's keen on moving onwards and upwards, but as Baz said, he's a player that thrives on being the key player at a club - He loves that Palace fans sing his name every game, and he won't get that anywhere else. He's already been bitten once before with Man Utd - I genuinely think he loves the club and wants to stay really.

We've got one of the best Palace squads I've seen yet, so I think we could be in for a cracking season. With this new contract, he'll definitely stay for this season, and I think dependent on how this season goes, he'll stay for another season on top of that.

Incorrect.

He was signed by Sir Alex Ferguson, and was actually his last signing. Wilf arrived at Man Utd to find a new manager in place. David Moyes simply had no interest in him and didn't even give him a chance.
 
Zaha will never move to a big club because after his flop at utd he knows he hasn't got what it takes, why do you think he picked Ivory Coast over England ????. He needs to grow a pair.
 
He picked the Ivory Coast because England were ignoring him. You can’t blame him for that. Up until Southgate, England were terrible for ignoring players outside the top six.

Regarding his “flop” at Man Utd. I refer you to my comment above. He was ignored by David Moyes with refused to even give him an opportunity to “flop”. David Moyes of course who lasted a season at Man Utd before being fired for poor performance.

Zaha ain't no De Bruyne and never will be. He will stay at palace where he can be the big fish in the small pool. At a big club he is nothing but a squad filler. If he actually faniced himself he would be looking for a move to a club that wants to win things not one that is just content to survive in the EPL and he would have chosen to play for England. He has done niehter of these because he knows he will get found out.
 
Have to say I think Zaha is a good player but I don't think he is a top 6 player, Palace is a good side for him as he will shine as the best player in the team.
