for future reference (im guessing that you used photoshop)

you go to File > Save For Web

then on that screen there is alittle arrow in the corner which you click on to optimize it to whatever filesize you need

Ok, its time for a change!

I need a new sig similar in theme to my current one. ie. fozzybear super imposed into human form.

I just need the text 'Fozzybear' in the sig ( or add a tag line of your choice). Just let your imagination run riot.
