Could you guys either re-do it or do create something based on the smiley?

It was because it was 40kb, it has to be under 20kb.

Here's some detail you can use, and then incorporate my name in there as well.

OK, time for a change to coincide with the World Cup.

I need Fozzybear's face/full body transposed onto a picture of Bobby Moore lifting the World Cup in 1966.

Add a witty punchline to the sig if you can think of one (i can't!).
