Red and White.. How are you achieving these effects in PS? Is it all layers and filters and masks etc? I like the swirly lines in the bright light/neon effect. I shall have a play in a bit..

yep. layers, blend modes and filters etc. just play around till you find something that looks good. there are some amazing tutorials on the net that can help you learn about different effects

i could do with a new one, if anyone can remember the last one i had with the bloke coming out of a manhole...on a bios chip, something with a little humour would be nice, but i also love the ones red and whites making at the moment

note: i prefer dark colours

Red and White, the resident sig maker.. You should request the Admins/dons to have a title made for you.

Edit: R&W is it Paintshop or Photoshop you use?

basically create a layer and add a nice gradient using 2 compatible colours.
then create a new layer, and use the pen tool to make some random swirly things.
right click after you are done(still with pen tool) and select stroke path.
select brush from the drop down menu and tick simulate pressure.
then click ok, right click again and select delte path.

then you can go into the blend options of that layer and add outer glows and inner glows with different colours.

edit: make sure that the pen is set to 'paths' at the top otherwise it will cut big chunks out.
