Stout I'm sending up the sig signal again

Could you please make me a sig, with shayper as it is but smaller, and on the left side of the sig, with a line of tribal stuff bisecting the sig on the vertical, with i5 2500k, GTX 580 and Custom NZXT Phantom on the right hand side?

Sort of like this
