That is fine, being under the limit is fine and stretching it would make it distort.

It's more the file size not the image size.

Apart from my current ones, I have always kind of ignored them for my own sigs. The mods don't seem to check, but I didn't tell you that.

I don't really know a good way of compressing anyway.

On photoshop even if I save as JPEG on the lowest quality it's still like 30k? If I knew an easy way of doing it I would probably make them 20k

I went to save for web devices then selected JPEG and it took it instantly from 56k to 14k
