Anyone fancy having a dig at one for me? I basically want the portal part of the orange box logo on it somewhere with my name in the orange box font. Img ere -> http://img228.imageshack.us/my.php?image=orangeboxlk3.jpg while keeping to the blackish theme of the portal sign.

Thanks for putting in the effort but could I ask for some slight changes?
I don't want the heavy from tf2 I just want it in the pure portal backgroundishness and maybe make the font a little smaller with the text on the right side? 
Wondering about a sig change. I was thinking about using this as the backround. Except where it says Weezer I would like my username. However if possible I would like it to be in the font used in the latter picture for the word Pinkerton. Cheers!

Does anybody have any ideas on how I could get my sig to auto-update as my post count goes?
I'm guessing PHP would be best, and even then I could just edit it in my signature (the PHP source) rather than linking to the post count, but I wouldn't have the first idea of how to do that...
Also where would be the best place to host a PHP page sort of thing?

If you know PHP it would be pretty straight-forward to make the progress bar move, and to change the number of posts, and not too much extra work to get your live postcount. Or just update postcount every 60 mins to make it load faster (a little more work).
You would need webspace though, I don't know of any free php-image hosts.
It's a great sig/idea.
edit: getting postcount will be harder than I thought as you need to be logged in to view profiles.
