You cant have animated Gifs if thats what you mean
although the image can be in .gif format aslong as it meets the other requirements i.e 400x75 and <20kbs

I know its not what you asked for exactly but its hard with that image, at least I had a go

If anyone else wants a bash the font is Impact at 60% width exept the "2" is at 90%, that was what I used anyway, seems close enough.

Yeah, after a quick search of your username on google it same up with a character from d&d called warduke?

If the name is nothing to do with d&d I can knock up something else
