Mine needs updating please if anyone would be so kind

I want it virtually the same, just replace the dumbbell with a bike and the word lift with cycle, and a better font if possible to do easily as I don't like the one used. I no longer have the original file to do it myself, and when I last tried, it looked like I'd bodged it in
