How are you compressing them without losing noticeable quality?
Mine go from perfect to dire if i adjust anything :\
Might try paint.net or psp for saving them with

first go to : (i know its elements 4, but the same menu is in the rest of them)

then next to the preset box there is a small arrow. click it then enter 20 in the 'desired file size' box. press ok then ok again, enter whatever name you want and save
