Not to sure what you mean?? :) I placed the DVD image of leopard onto a partition of my FW 800 HDD, so when i reinstall leopard it takes only about 8 minutes to install bit faster than the dvd ;)

AFAIK, it doesn't work like that :p
When you reinstall Leopard, it restarts and whilst doing do, it "looses connection" with your Firewire drive and then "uh oh..." no leopard? :D:p
 
Might do the same considering I leave a FW800 Hard Drive connected to install my apps from & import my music :)

• Yes, i am indeed cheesy enough to call my Time Machine drive "De Lorean" :D
• The "Out Of Time" folder is just a folder i chuck stuff in that i dont want to be backed up by the TM ;)
• The "Online File Bucket" is just a droplet to a folder on one of my ftp servers to quickly chuck stuff up...

yeah it is... and it does it nicer than transit too in my opinion... if you do the same in transit, it has to open the main app if i remember right from my trial... with forklift nothing else opens up, you just get a small progress bar, then its done :)

Does anyone have or know the whereabouts of a 1680 version of this?

EDIT:

i found it! - however i found it in 1600x1200, so i have cropped it a bit, and extended the canvas to the left and blended it (seamlessly i reckon :))

so if anyone wants this in 1680x1050 then here it is ;)
