Just a change of wallpaper and dock location. I sort of prefer the dock on the left, esp with the wide screen of the MB. It allows of easier browsing etc.

Wallpaper: One of my fav Gucci ad campaigns. I know there's a guy in it, but its still an awesome set of photographs/campaign.
