The point of claying

I was a bit of a sceptic of claying until I tried it. The biggest difference for me is not how shiny the car looks after waxing, but the sheer ease in which the wax glides on and off a freshly clayed car.

Same here, I picked up some of the Bilt Hamber stuff, and was honestly amazed at the amount of crap it dislodged. I couldn't really see the difference, but you can certainly feel it.
 
One bar of Bilt Hamber Soft Autoclay. That's it.

Other clays generally need some form of lubricant whereas BH can be used with water alone.
 
Where do you buy all your kit? With the scirocco ving next sat I'm keen to get back into my lazy car cleaning Sundays :)
