Nice, Cregennen Lakes and the nearby waterfalls if I'm not mistaken.

Yup :) a nightmare to find and confused me when I had to get out of the car to open a gate, I was convinced I had gone wrong at that stage.. but as I got out of the car I took a quick photo looking down onto the lake :

Here's a street portrait of a random dude who asked what I was taking pictures of (I was crawling around by some flowers), so I took the opportunity to shoot him. I find my B&W conversions look quite flat, but I thought this one came out alright. Constructive criticism always welcome :)

Ah cool, used to come into work via Bank.

I have once or twice, tis a bit of a lump though :p - I've been meaning too though...specially when on earlys and it's clear mornings so you get views like this when walking over London Bridge (I walk in from Fenchurch St)

I'll get round to it one day.

And yep, in an office all week :)

How can I improve this?

Some quick stuff:

Get the focus on the front headlight as a rule having anything out of focus in the foreground is very distracting especially if it's part of the subject.

The Auto WB seems to be a bit too warm due to artificial lights; it might be worth cooling that down in post if you don't know how to do it when shooting or you don't shoot RAW.

The most iomportant thing missed^ :p

Composition, your car is chopped off on the left and the placement is awkward within the frame!

Rather good, what did you use, LED torches or strobe flashing?

Horizon is wonky though!
