It took a long time of usage (85mm) to nail the focus without throwing it off with small movements but at 1.4 I think I've got it down

What have you done with the processing on this? Double exposure or layers, or is it exposed for the bright background, edited exposure afterwards which is what has given the dirty foreground look in the dark areas? Also, what's the swirl in the middle/top? Looks like a heal brush sweep.

I'm curious
