I get the feeling in number 2 it's actually the image on the right that was the 'original', considering it shows her right arm. And they just made her fatter for fun.

I almost walked straight into Abi Titmuss (literally) in a sushi place in Soho and i have to say she was actually very pretty in real life. She looked exactly as she does in pictures. I've always thought she has a bit of natural beauty anyway - none of this plastic Jodie Marsh business.
