Can't wait for the proper hustle to come back too. 
I watched that back in freeze-frame because I was sceptical. I think it was faked.
a) they had word open and claimed they were looking at a live picture from the persons screen, it was just screen capped.
b) unless the person they were hacking used some form of remote desktop software a live screen update wouldn't be possible.
c) they hid the name of the software they used, I searched for partial title matches but nothing came back.
d) When they were 'driving' around in the van, doing the whole scene it was strange how for a bumpy van ride the bottle of water next to them didn't shake at all, so that was staged too.
I'm also sure they've used some people in those pub-tricks twice.
Don't get me wrong, I think it's good but I just notice these things

I'm sure a lot of them are real but their wirless ones always seem a bit dodgy to me. I also wonder how they get cameras about in certain places - although I'd imagine there's normally a way..
I reckon the wireless one was being faked, for the benefit of the audience. It wouldn't be nearly as exciting watching them read TCP packets, after all, but the info you'd get would be the same as what they showed on screen.
A very good friend of mine was on the Paris metro this week and got his pocket picked exactly as per the prog. Maybe if more people saw this, it would make more people aware of what is going on.
Did you see the one with the pick pockets working at the bus stop? I was amazed how quickly it was done, leaving no evidence on the criminal so even if they were caught, nothing would show up. Amazing.

Has anyone actually been the victim of a hustle?
I have. A few years ago, a couple of grifters got me. They were gonna sell me two top of the range mobiles. They said that they would put them into a small bag so it wouldn't look so bait. Then they pointed behind me and said something like, "hey is that the police?". Stupidly I turned around to see, whilst they substituted the bag of phones for a ringer. After the exchange, they two grifters exited promptly leaving me with a bag that had been rigged, so that I couldn't unzip it. Eventually I ripped the bag open to reveal a can of soda.
I was really ****** off, but I'll never fall for a con like that ever again!

A very similar, almost identical thing infact happened to a mate of mine. Mobile fones switched for can of drink or something like that. But I guess when something like that happens to you once it makes you all the more wary in future.

Yeah, your not wrong. What can I say, I was young and stupid. I don't begrudge them. On the contary I'm grateful to them for teaching me a valuable lesson.
