I suppose if nothing else, it brings to light the ever-relevant issue of groomers and people in positions of power exploiting said power. Sadly with social media these days, you have kids clamouring to have even the slightest association to the big names (see: Prime drinks), and some of the big names are basically just jocks surrounded by their jock friends who you wouldn't be surprised if they brag about their bodycount like it's a badge of honour, even openly, with little consequence.
I did end up finishing eps 3 and 4, and was thoroughly impressed with Coogan. Luckily I've never actually watched Alan Partridge properly, so I didn't have many pre-conceived thoughts on him beforehand.
