***The (renamed) official Ogame thread***

Im still stuck in Uni 10 with a few bullseyes painted on my planets, lol.

Well, its felt like that the last few weeks
 
Played this for about a year and a half - right from when this thread started pretty much and believe you me it's a distraction from work ! And from everything else in life - if you let it ;)

Would be funny to start up again - got banned for an unknown reason months ago in uni 5 - just shy of a million points in score too! but alas cannot afford the distraction in my final year :o
 
I've just started out on this.

Universe 3.

Applied to join T.N.G.A, as quite a few posts in this thread seemed to suggest that was the best thing to do.

Not too sure what I'm doing yet, but think I'm starting to get the hang of it. So dissapointed its taken me this long to find out about it. It totally looks like my sort of game.

Reading up on tutorials/guides just now to try and get more into it asap.

Really? I play in both uni 3 and uni 11 - what's your in-game name?

Well the advantage of the more established uni's is that there are a number of existing accounts floating around that you can get your hands on - so there's no need to start from scratch if you don't want to. :)
 
/edit - Found the answer. To build a Shipyard requires L2 Robotics.

If anyone has other good tips on what to do when starting out, I'd appreciate any help. Ta :)

Can't believe this thread is still going !!!

And why are you guys joining random uni's, should all join the same one, the best and most important thing about this game is communication and the alliance you are in. It makes or break your experience, the old timers who joined at the start of this thread are mostly in Uni 3 and still playing because of good communication.
 
I'm in uni3 as ERU, have been a while now. Also a member of the T.N.G alliance but had no idea they were mostly from OcUK. I'd have joined someone else if I had known!

Just read the stickies as much as possible either on the official boards ( http://board.ogame.org ) or on the T.N.G forums if you have access.

Anything you're in doubt with, ask. if you look way back to the beginning of this thread, there are some of the current long term T.N.G players asking a lot of questions. :)

Anarchy is still in uni 11. Fairly highly ranked too :)

Which universe are you in?

Who is attacking you?

Are you in an alliance?

If you are in uni 3 and want to join up to TNG/A we can probably help you change your method of play to avoid attacks. We can also annihilate any individuals who get a kick out of attacking low ranked players.
