Ok - Until last weekend I had:

CPU: P4c 3.0Ghz 800fsb
RAM: 2x512Mb Nanya PC3200

Last weekend I downgraded as I wasnt happy with temps so currently running with:

Temps: Idle 35, Load 55-60

I am going to stay with this spec as I am in the process of building a full tower PC and will put the bigger processor and better graphics card in there

My second SFF, and my second Qbic...

Form Factor: SFF
Manufacturer: Soltek Qbic 3801
CPU: AMD64 3200 Clawhammer 1MB Cache
RAM:1GB Geil Ultra Platinum DDR500/ PC4000
HDD(s): 160GB Samsung Spinpoint

Speed (if overclocked): 2.2ghz (up from 2.0ghz)

Just got the case back from being modded (twin mesh windows) and installed a Swiftech MCX6400V and YS Tech 92mm fan, so its having a good impact on temps. Arctic 5 will take the temps down over the next couple of weeks to I hope....

Few changes:

SilentX 250W PSU.
GFX changed to 6800GT running @ Ultra speeds.
Removed internal DVD-RW, using external DVD-RW.
Blowhole in top with Noiseblocker 80mm.
Replaced ICE fan with Noisebloker 80mm.
Removed rear ICE grill.
Stuck a HDD cooler in where the DVD was, Replaced fan with SilentX 40mm.
Nice a quiet now, except the GFX, temps seem to be fine, but the weather has cooled a touch.

1Gig of ram is next, then.........
:)

Time for a new update i think.

Temps: currently at 34 idle, 40ish load.

ive done away with all the fans etc i had before and ive even gone for a black SN45G finish this time :) looks quite smart i think, though still want to get a bit of thin silver trim to put round the cooler to finish it off

Stable at 3157MHz (FSB=225 x 14) and I notice the speed difference already. Could I stretch it to 3600MHz? Oh by the way I'm using the improved 250W PSU as opposed to the stock 200W one.

Temps:
Idle ( max ) : CPU @ 41oC
Case @ 39oC

Full Load : CPU @ 46oC
Case @ 40oC

Running a papst 23dba 80x80x15 fan on the ICE cooler.

The 9800pro seems to add around the 5oC to the system, and Im going to have a Titan Copper Chipset Cooler on it when it arrives so the damn whine goes and leaves a nice 23db fan on there.
