out of interest would using DSR count as "competing" in the other resolutions?

my monitor is 1080 but as I'm sure you know DSR can give you multiple resolutions and I infact play SOM at 4k DSR

8.1 but from what I have seen win 10 is not making much difference to games.

Devils canyon might have an OPS advantage here at 1080p if the game isn't threaded well enough. A 4690 is as fast as a 4970 in this which supports this, that plus W10 without testing cant accuse of foul play

How can be two gpu more than twice faster like one?

Surprised at Kaap questioning the results after seeing Matt's crazy scaling.

I also decided not to use AFR scores too.

I will also be having a look at Fury X scaling on my cards in the next week or so once I have the waterblocks on them.

I do think there is a problem with Fury X scaling but the other way round from how most people see it. I think the multi GPU performance is about right and the single card performance is very bad, to most people this looks like fantastic C/F scaling but to me it looks like a very bad problem with single card performance.

To show what i mean check out the single Fury X performance up against a 290X in the table below.
