As we seem to be gaining a lot of MX-5 owners of late, I thought it might be good to have the all posted in the one place with specs. So we can see just how many of us there are.

I haven't taken any decent arty pics yet, too busy driving.

So here's the same one's that I posted when I got it:

Can't afford much mod wise at the moment, so might just do some little things like add some chrome/aluminium to the interior.

It sure likes to eat petrol though, used £20 in a day of country road driving. That would have lasted for months in the focus! :p

Yeah my one isn't that great for petrol either. I work close to home so admittedly it is stop-start < 2 mile average journey's and since getting the K&N my foot is quite a bit more heavy, but I only see 180 miles for my £45. How do others find them?

Here's my '91 UK MX5 at Teeside during my last trackday:

and here's a nice blurry one of me going round:

Only modifications on mine so far include:

All round 8-Way adjustable KYB AGX Shocks with Eibach lowering springs
de-cat pipe
and
K&N Induction kit (makes a loverly sound)

and lastly, mine earlier this year before the suspension upgrade, but after a good meguiers session :D

The grey one on the right. 2005 2.0l in Galaxy Grey with mohair hood and other toys. With regards to fuel economy i find its fine on the motorway 368miles on a £40 tank today, much thirstier when driving on the redline. :D

I've lowered it by 35mm since these pics and next on the list is removing the front numberplate plinth and getting a stick on plate so the front is cleaner.

1999 UK 1.8iS 38k on the clock, Had it 5 - 6 weeks now Lots of bits added need to get a full list sorted really :)
Wow, I really like the clear side repeaters and reflectors! I have been eyeing some up on mx5parts.co.uk and hadn't realised just how much difference they make to the look of the car. Did you take the option of wiring the reflectors up to the repeaters? Definitely getting me some of them :)

Another question for you guys; does anyone have the wind breaker with the built in speakers? I have been considering upgrading mine to the one with speakers but have been wondering if its worth the £80? It looks to me as if the speakers will be right behind the headrests?

Rears have been changed to standard Mazda solid disks and some Mintex pads, done 80 miles tonight on them and i'm in love, still well in the run in period and they stop the car so quick and thats not full on the brakes :)
