How do you lot want to organise the lane draw?

Lottery
Self selection to an apropriate level lane
Drinking games the night before
By height
By weight
By hair colour
Ball size
Any other type of size

Problem with ability is we don't really know how good each other are.

I reckon we should keep at least one drinkers lane, with a qualifying dosage though!
