Performance is stellar on my 970, considering the quality of the graphics, imo this is the kind of fps we should be getting on titles with fire power on the likes of 970/290, good job Dice, good job.

Will be interesting to see a few user benchmarks on here. Still mulling over wether to get this or not.

If I can find a key cheap enough I'll pick it up at the weekend, quite enjoyed the beta, just not quite enough to justify £40 worth of game with £40 worth of DLC.

Performance across the board looks pretty good. But then again performance (FPS wise) has never been the issue with DICE games, just everything else :p

I wasn't that keen on the beta but got game and season pass for free.. Look forward to giving it a try not sure how long it will keep me playing though..
The beta on my system 1440p i7 3770k and single 290 with couple the settings not worth performance like msaa etc I kept a solid 70/80fps

I really can't wait to see endor is it called? The jungle map that looks superb.

Aye, theres always that to consider. Went on bf4 tonight for the first time in months. Runs great on the 980ti with gsync. But, still lots of little issues. Does make me a bit wary of battlefront. Maybe see about picking up a copy in members market after a while.

I will grab this from the bargain bucket. I just wasn't even close to being hooked on the Beta and that is a real shame :(

^ as above. Beta bored me, i'll wait for a price drop, got plenty of Fallout 4 to keep me going in the mean time :D

Glad to see it's running pretty well though.

Same, I'll wait until it's on sale, The beta bored me after 20 minutes and from all the videos I've watched it really doesn't interest me due to no real single player, No space battles, No galactic conquest etc....

Yeah, they fooled me with BF4. I'm now avoiding anything DICE or Frostbite 3 related (may cave on Mass Effect, but we'll see).

I'm not even bothered about the lack of single player as I rarely bother with that in FPS games. I usually get them for the multiplayer to play with my friends. But not even the Star Wars IP can tempt me to pay DICE for this.

Runs pretty well on my system - full ultra at 2560x res never dropped below playable frames per second - dropped a little lower than I'd like for MP at times but worth it for the visual fidelity (I'm normally a 120fps junky).

Dunno if there is any kind of dynamic scaling but it seemed to keep trying to stabilise at 60fps even when the framerate was dropping it would hit about 56-58fps and then level off at 60-63.

EDIT: Looks like that ties up with SWE results above for similar performance hardware - 56-58fps minimums.

Godrays can be anything from a simple fairly static flare type system through to incredibly complex realtime simulation mind - whether the performance cost for each system is worth the noticeable difference in image quality is another matter.
