The most annoying pronounciation error EVER for me is when people say "Pacific" instead of "specific". Half the people at my old workplace used to say it, including my boss. I wanted to beat them round the chops with a whale. Drove me absolutely barmy!
My Father is a bit backwards (he's from Braunstone, Leicester so it's understandable). He says "wardrove" instead of wardrobe, and calls Halfords "Harfords". No excuse for that really is there.
